Barrah and Farry are Here!

We are having a wonderful Pesach...I will try to write about it all and then will add pictures later because I'm way too tired to wait for them all to upload.
So, the fun started on Thursday evening when we went to the airport to pick up Barry and Farrah (who Simon--and David, for that matter--calls Farry and Barrah. Eli calls Barry, "Bayah" and doesn't call Farrah anything because he hates her and cries whenever she looks at him) who arrived from Boston. Simon and I had made them welcome signs and Simon wrote his name for the first time all by himself. He did a very good job.
As soon as we got home, Marcia came to stay with the boys and we took Farrah and Barry to Bistro 56 in Herzliya for dinner. They had already become kosher for Pesach so they didn't have the same menu as usual, but it was still good.
We came home and crashed so we could get up bright and early to start the touring. This is Barry's first time in Israel so lots of touring was on the agenda. Friday morning, Farrah, Barry and I left early for Jerusalem, leaving David behind to finish packing up and deal with the kids and burning the chametz. We made a pit stop at a gas station in Bnei Brak to get some breakfast and then drove straight to Yad V'Shem, which is the Holocaust memorial and museum in Jerusalem. We spent a couple of hours there and then tried to go to Har Herzl where all the heads of state are buried but it was already closed. So we went to the Tayelet, which is a promenade overlooking Jerusalem. Then we grabbed a pre-Pesach felafel on Ben Yehuda Street and met up with David and the kids at the Eldan Hotel where we were staying for the weekend.
We got ready for Shabbos and went to the Kotel. It is not fun to go to the Kotel with a stroller because there are too many stairs. We ate dinner at the hotel and in the middle of dinner Simon said to me "I need to go to bed right now. Please take me upstairs." The four of us were all sleeping in one room and it did not go too well because Eli woke up a million times in the night and ended up sleeping on David for a few hours and then next to me, but he insisted on having his feet on the pillow and his head where the covers should have been so I had to sleep without covers. The only good part of this whole thing was that Eli slept really late in the morning--until 10:00. David, Simon, Farrah and Barry left much earlier and went back to the Old City and walked through all of the quarters and had a great time. When Eli finally woke up, we had a nice breakfast together and then went for a walk to Gan HaPa'amon which was a nice downhill walk. We played in the park for a while and then had a not so nice uphill walk back. We stopped at another park with a fountain and sat and watched the water for a little while. Then we walked to the David Citadel Hotel to see if we could find Simon's friend Yishai and his family. Surprisingly, we actually did find them and made a plan to meet up later in the afternoon so Simon and Yishai could play. We met everyone else back at the hotel for lunch and then everyone went for naps and Simon and I hung out until it was time to meet Yishai. We went back to the fountain park and the boys had a fun time running around. Yishai's sister, Shayna, who is 2, became my new best friend. She only wanted me to help her do anything and she fell and hurt herself and she wouldn't go to either of her parents and only wanted me!
