Yesterday when Simon got home from Yaya's, he went right into the den to play with the Thomas flashlight that Huvi got for him. I think it is his new most favorite toy. He had that Thomas, another big Thomas that drives by itself and then 2 little Thomases. He lined them up and said "look, it's Dada, Mommy, Simon and Baby Brudder!" After we played for a little while, I went to feed Eli and Simon sat at the table with David and ate a big piece of chicken and some orzo. As you can see in the picture, he found a new and improved way to eat chicken. He ate a lot of it that way--whatever works.
Sara Dauber came over to bring dinner for David and me and she stayed to eat with us. We were all sitting at the table and Simon said to her "what is your name?" She said Sara and he was quiet for a minute and then said "you live with Joshua?" He obviously was basing it only on the first name and didn't realize that it was even funnier because they also have the same last name!
