The Answer is No

Forgot to include this gem of a conversation that happened in the car today:

Eli is holding a giant bottle of water and drinking from it.
Simon: Eli, can I please have some water.
Eli: No, I am drinking it all.
Simon: But there is a lot in there and I am very thirsty.
Eli: No, it is mine.
Simon (getting really annoyed): ELI, GIVE ME THE WATER
Eli: No
Simon (starting to cry): I'm so thirsty
Me: Eli, please share the water with Simon. He will give it right back to you.
Eli: THE ANSWER IS NO.

Simon and I both cracked up and then Eli gave him the water eventually.
