This morning I said to Simon "guess where you are going today" thinking his response would be "Yaya house!!" since he has been asking everyday. His actual response was "Mama house?" It was unclear whether he actually wanted to go to Mama's house or whether he just figured he was never going to Yaya's house again. Needless to say, he was very happy when we did actually go to Yaya's house. We pulled up in front and he practically unbuckled his carseat-belt himself and almost jumped out of the car. He ran inside with a brief hello to Yaya and ran straight to Jasmine (who was the only kid there) and gave her a big hug.
When I went to pick him up, as soon as he saw me he said "Mommy, time out" in a sad voice. Pam told me that he had been so good all day and didn't bite anyone, so they gave him a huge truck sticker as a reward. He had it in his pocket all ready to take home and then a few minutes before I got there, he just went up to Silvia and bit her finger. He got a time out and had to give the sticker back. He didn't seem that upset seeing as he's not a huge sticker fan anyway. Earlier in the day, Felix went up to him and put his arm near Simon's mouth and told him to bite. Simon said "nunca biting" and walked away! So I don't know why he bit Silvia and apparently it was really for no reason. Hopefully tomorrow will be better.
