On the way home from daycare today, Simon was listening to his cd from music class. There is a song called Johnny Brown and the end of the song goes "sleep Johnny Brown." Simon heard that and then said "n'night Johnny Brown!" Grandy put him to bed because David and I went out for my birthday, but when we got home (very early because our plans didn't exactly work out--basically moviefone.com is not a good source of movie information because it lies about what movies are playing where at what times) he was still awake, so I went into his room to say goodnight. He was very happy to see me and insisted on getting out of his crib. We lay down on the bed in his room and he snuggled under the Wiggles blanket and said "n'night" then pretended to snore then sat straight up and said "mornin'!" He did this about 15 times before I decided that it was getting old and time to go to sleep. He seemed as if he wanted to actually sleep in the bed, but in the end I put him in the crib. He mushed his blanket into a ball in the corner of the crib and sat on it like it was a chair and again put his head back and pretended to snore. He's so weird but so cute!!
